Kai Room is a double bedroom with its own bathroom and a desk for work. It is located on the second floor of the residence main building.
Usage of Rumi and Sonqo studios are included in the same price of stay, but subject to availability. Please book beforehand Rumi or Sonqo studios. For further information please contact us at info@residenciakai.org
Food service is only available for a minimum of 4 persons per each meal time. We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner when requested during the booking process.
Breakfast: $8 per person*
Lunch: $12 per person*
Dinner: $15 per person*
Cleaning service for houses or private bedrooms is exclusively for those who request this service at an additional cost.
Daily Cost: $15 per group*
Prices do not include national taxes as “Impuesto General a las Ventas (IGV)” of 18%. Applied only to Peruvian residents. All prices indicate daily costs unless specified otherwise.
